We have set up a whistleblower system to prevent economic crime and to protect the reputation and assets of iDOO GmbH. With this whistleblower system, we want to create the opportunity to uncover and clarify cases of economic crime, damaging behavior and risks that could endanger iDOO GmbH, its reputation and assets. You may be aware of such issues and do not want to discuss them openly with superiors or other available contacts. This portal offers you the opportunity to submit your suspicious activity report anonymously in order to avoid cases of money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, fraud, bribery and acceptance of benefits or other criminal acts. All information that you submit via this portal will be treated as strictly confidential. If you do not wish to provide your name, we will use technical measures to ensure that your report remains anonymous. 

However, we encourage you to use your name when using this system and will always treat the information reported confidentially. Employees who report suspected or actual misconduct in good faith (i.e. with the conviction that the facts reported are true) do not have to fear any negative consequences. Even if the reported suspicion is not confirmed following an investigation, this will not have any negative consequences for the whistleblower.
